Today’s news update – City Compost Site will stay open 2 more weekends

City of Northfield Compost Site

The City of Northfield Compost Site will remain open 2 additional weekends in November.  Community members will have 4 extra days to drop off yard waste and tree branches.  The Compost site was originally scheduled to close November 10^th, but due to the warm fall weather, the Compost site will remain open the following dates:

Saturday, November 16 from 12:00 – 5:00pm

Sunday, November 17^th from 12:00 – 5:00pm

Saturday, November 23^rd from 12:00 – 5:00pm

Sunday, November 24^th from 12:00 – 5:00pm
