The Northfield Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Krin Finger of the Rare Pair has been named “2015 Business Person of the Year.” Krin Finger is the owner of Rare Pair since 1991, a retail store on Division Street with comfortable shoes & clothing for men & women.

The Northfield Area Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year award is presented to a person who has made a significant contribution to the Chamber and local business community that have encouraged economic development efforts and led to significant improvements for the greater Northfield area. The individual chosen has provided leadership, volunteer time, financial contributions and investments, business knowledge and expertise. Although the selection is intended for one person each year, if appropriate, and additional person or partner may be named. New for 2015, the past winners met to review and select the individual from nominations made by the general chamber membership and the committee.
