The 31 year old Northfield man accused of burglarizing two homes on College Street last year and killing the family dogs, is in the Rice County jail again. He’s accused of 2 more felonies related to burglaries this past weekend on the 600 block of Washington street. More details to come in the 3pm and 5pm newscasts.
